Posted on October 16, 2016December 8, 2018 by prettybrowndancers

If you have been following us since January 2016, it should be known reality Tv show Bring It! was the reason this blog was started. First of all, we were nervous about asking the show’s star and Dancing Dolls Captain Camryn Harris for an interview. There was no need to be nervous because she was able to take the time out of her busy schedule and answer some questions for us…Check it Out!!!

Name: Camryn Harris

Age: 16 years old

Hobbies: Dancing, Shopping, Exercising, Reading, and Drawing

How long have you been dancing? I have been dancing since age 5 and been with the Dancing Dolls since age 10.

When you first knew you was going to be on Tv, what were your thoughts? No thoughts about being on TV because I really didn’t think it was going to happen so fast and make such a huge impact on my life so soon.

What were the challenges of being a reality TV star? Challenges are being in the spotlight 24/7 everywhere I go. Everyone knowing me and getting excited when they see me but it doesn’t bother me. Also being a constantly positive person and watching everything I do because so many people look up to me and will judge. Also social media is the worse! I hate it (laughs)

What were the successes of being a reality TV star? The success are being looked up to by so many people of all ages, ethnicity, genders, etc and how they get excited about seeing me. Also being recognized and noticed by tons of celebrities and having the opportunity to dance for them.
What was your best dance performance? Her best Dance performance was when I won the Battle Royale and proved to EVERYONE who ever doubted me that I could do this.

What is your favorite Bring It Episode? All episodes

What are your primary goals? Primary goals are to finish high school and go to college to hopefully continue dancing. Also to some day dance for a famous singer namely Beyonce or Chris Brown.

What advice would you like to give your peers? I would give peers advice on how to block out negativity, how to deal with bullying, how to stay humble and positive, how to maintain good grades and stay in school and just overall how to succeed at something you never thought you could do.
